1. Booking Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website elitesardiniaiconicvillas.it and the relationship between the guest making a booking (hereinafter “Guest”) and the accommodation ELITE SARDINIA ICONIC VILLAS, managed by ELITE APARTMENTS SRL, with registered office at Piazza Padre Aspreno Rocco 8, VAT number IT10259311214. The website serves as a presentation and booking intermediary for the accommodation listed. The online booking system is managed through the third-party platform Kross Booking or integrated systems connected to it. By completing a booking through the website, the Guest confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Property Type

ELITE SARDINIA ICONIC VILLAS operates in accordance with the regulations applicable to the following accommodation category: Tourist Rental Management and services comply with the national and regional regulations applicable to this specific category.

3. Booking Process

Through the online booking system on the website, Guests can check real-time availability, pricing and conditions for rooms or properties. A booking is only considered confirmed upon: completion of the booking process; any required payment; receipt of the booking confirmation email. The Guest is responsible for the accuracy of all details entered during the booking process.

4. Rates and Payment

At check-in, Guests will be required to present a valid identity document for each person staying, as required under Italian regulations for notification to the public security authorities.

8. Number of Guests

The number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the number stated in the booking. Any additional guests must be authorised by the property in advance.

9. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at certain properties as a guarantee against any damages. Where applicable, the amount and payment method will be communicated during the booking process or prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay following inspection of the property.

10. House Rules

Guests agree to use the property and shared spaces with care and in accordance with considerate conduct. The following are strictly prohibited: causing disturbance to other guests or local residents; using the property for any unlawful activity; damaging furniture, equipment or shared areas. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the Guest.

11. Pets

12. No Smoking

Unless otherwise stated, smoking is not permitted inside the property or in any indoor areas.

13. Waste Disposal

16. Jurisdiction

The Guest authorises the Company to process and share their personal data with third parties solely for purposes related to the management of the services offered and compliance with applicable data protection legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments). Any disputes arising from the use of the website or the services provided shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the city where the Company has its registered office.
