Deposit

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. The amount and payment details are outlined during the booking process.

Balance

The remaining balance must be paid before arrival, within the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.

Security Deposit

A pre-authorisation may be required prior to arrival as a guarantee against any damages. If no damage is reported, the amount is released within a few days of check-out.

Extra Services

Any additional services requested during your stay are payable on-site, directly to the staff.
